New CCNA R&S 6.0 Bridging Course Available

Networking Academy students now have access to the English self-paced CCNA R&S 6.0 Bridging Course to supplement their CCNA R&S 5.x knowledge. Enroll Now and stay tuned for additional languages Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish which are expected to release in July and August. 

New CCNA R&S Bridging Course Available
Technology is constantly evolving and the most sought-after certifications have just been updated keeping up with the demands of today’s networking careers. Effective May 17, Learning @Cisco announces the updated CCNA Routing and Switching Certifications meeting the needs of Cisco customers -- your  future employers. In response, we at the Cisco Networking Academy are pleased to offer the CCNA R&S 6.0 Bridging Course, which together with the CCNA R&S 5.X curriculum, is in full alignment with the CCNA R&S Certification.
Teaching networking fundamentals is an important objective for us, and our CCNA R&S curriculum covers many topics beyond certification. However, staying aligned with the latest certification is very much our priority too. Effective today, your instructors have access to the English version of the CCNA R&S 6.0 Bridging Course. Additional languages of Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish will release in July and August. Effective May 31, you will have access to a free self-paced CCNA R&S 6.0 Bridging Course that covers the new supplemental topics that are included in the new Certification Exams.

The new CCNA R&S 6.0 Bridging Course topics align to the 4 CCNA R&S courses as shown below:

End-of-Life Dates for Old Certification Exams
If you plan to take the certification exam, we recommend taking the old certification exam before August 20 – it is easier. If you prefer to take the new exam, then please be aware that you must take the new certification exam on or after August 20.
Alternatively, you may also take the ICND1 certification exam immediately so that you gain an extra 30 days to prepare for the old ICND2 certification exam.
 The old Certification Exams will be available for at least 90 days as noted in the table below:
